The primer pair cat#: pp-1018 (-050, -500) is specific to a DNA region of the human paired box 6 (PAX 6) gene promoter as shown in Figure 1 [1]. These primers can be used to amplify DNA isolated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). Primers are optimized to be used in quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR).
