D-Plex DNBSEQ Barcodes should be used with the D-Plex Small RNA DNBSEQTM Kit. They were designed and validated to fit the D-Plex technology for MGI® sequencers.
Two sets are available separately:
- D-Plex 24 DNBSEQ Barcodes - Set A
- D-Plex 24 DNBSEQ Barcodes - Set B
Set A can be used for library multiplexing up to 24. Set A and Set B can be used simultaneously for library multiplexing up to 48.
