Antibody package for CUT&Tag (anti-rabbit)
Diagenode’s Antibody Package for CUT&Tag (anti-rabbit) has been designed to be used with the iDeal CUT&Tag for Histones Kit. This package should be used if the primary antibody of interest used in the CUT&Tag assays has been raised in rabbit.
The Antibody Package for CUT&Tag (anti-rabbit) contains species-specific controls antibodies:
- Anti-rabbit secondary antibody
- Rabbit H3K27me3 positive control antibody
- Rabbit negative IgG control
- TSH2B primer pair (human)
- GAPDH TSS primer pair (human)
The package contains enough secondary antibody to perform 24 reactions. The positive and negative control antibodies are enough for 2 reactions each.
If the primary antibody of interest used in the CUT&Tag assays has been raised in mouse, please use the Antibody Package for CUT&Tag (anti-mouse).
